A ladle transfer car is a material handling tool which is used in foundries. The designed ladle car is of 20 ton capacity which have a exclusive feature i.e. 2 way adjustments according to requirements. The design was done by keeping in mind that this car will be used in high temperature for long time it should be very strong in structure and reliability. It consist of following main components: 1.
